Troubleshooting: If the 1 CUP/2 CUP indicators are flashing simultaneously and rapidly after the 1 CUP/2 CUP button is pressed, and you are unable to brew coffee, it indicates that the over-temperature protection is triggered. Turn the knob on the side of the machine to the WATER position to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds, and then return the knob to the OFF position. When the boiler is cooled down, you can brew the coffee again.

When the machine is turned on, it won't stop beeping, and the 1 CUP/2 CUP/STEAM indicators are flashing simultaneously with the buttons not working. It may indicate that the knob on the side of the machine is switched to the STEAM position. Turn the knob back to the OFF position, and the machine will stop beeping and work normally.

If the espresso machine is running normally, but there is no coffee or water coming out, it means that the pump can not draw any water from the water tank. Re-install the water tank 2-3 times, turn on the machine and turn the steam knob to the WATER position to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds, then return the steam knob to the OFF position.
