Full Extension Drawer Slides Rail for Dresser, File Cabinet, Trash Can, Kitchen

The drawer slides included in this Installation Guide are of Full Extension type, with a Length of 7.87"(200mm) and a full extension length of 15.08"(383mm). The Left side mount clearance is 0.5" (12.6mm), and the Right side mount clearance is 0.5" (12.6mm). There are 8 Screws provided in the card box at both ends of the product.

To install, please first push the inner ball bearing to the top of the slide rail, and then connect it with the slide rail. Electronic installation instructions can be found at the bottom of the link.

These Drawer Slides are designed for a 30 Year Service Life. Two sets of solid steel balls are used inside the ball bearing drawer slide rail to ensure smooth opening and closing of the slide rail. After extensive testing, the number of smooth opening and closing cycles has reached more than 100,000 times.

For Double Anti-Rust protection, the surface of the drawer slide rail is galvanized, which isolates the direct contact between water and air, preventing the slide rail from oxidizing and rusting, and improving corrosion resistance.

Aolisheng drawer slides are made of 1.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel, with the material being one times the thickness of ordinary slides. This provides a Double Load Bearing capacity, with Full extension drawer slides able to hold 100 pounds, 40 pounds more than regular slides.

A Hidden Function of these drawer slides is the detachable buckle design on the back of the slide rail, making installation more convenient. The rear end of the slide rail is also equipped with a rubber mute pad, reducing the noise level to as low as 35 decibels, for a more comfortable home experience.
