The Union Bread Box is a Sonder LA original design, featuring a durable body made from a blend of bamboo fiber and recycled plastic, and a lightweight rubberwood lid. The ribbed bottom interior and non-airtight lid provide the necessary ventilation to keep freshly baked bread crisp and prevent moisture-related mold. The wooden lid doubles as a breadboard, with grooves to catch crumbs.

To care for your Union Bread Box, simply hand-wash the body with warm, soapy water before first use. Store-bought bread should be kept in its original plastic bag, while homemade bread should be left unwrapped inside the box, ensuring it has had ample time to cool down before storing.
